After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and instructions by email. Extra services and boarding passes, when prepared by Sky Maxxi, are available in your order.

Your check-in deadline is shown in your order. We usually check passengers in around 24 hours before departure. After check-in, we email you and make your boarding pass available for download in your order.

If your booking instructions say that we handle check-in, you do not need an account on the airline's website. Follow the instructions sent after booking.

During booking, you can see which baggage is included in the ticket price and what extra baggage costs. After purchase, check your confirmation email or your order.

Select extra baggage during booking and check its dimensions, weight and price. After buying a ticket, contact customer support with your WF order number.

Check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. If the confirmation is missing, contact support with the passenger's name, route and the email address used to book.

To change or cancel a purchased ticket, contact support with your WF order number. If the airline cancels or significantly changes the flight, we will review the available options for that booking.

Compare several departure dates and nearby airports. Select a route in search and check the final price during booking.

Airlines.lv passenger information recommends arriving approximately 2–3 hours before departure, especially if you need to check baggage or have documents verified.

Open the Airports section on Sky Maxxi, choose an airport and view its contact details, departures and arrivals.
